This weeks project: a bunch of steak and pairing knives! These are fresh out of heat treatment.
I guess I’m grinding an 11” cimeter. Not the easiest knife to grind that’s for sure. 😂

This is a custom build made to cut biltong without a board. It’s reverse grip, 4 finger grooves and inverse curve made this quite a challenging knife to make!
